HOW IT WORKS?

Step 1:
Choose a day that works best for you, when booking your VIP Bookkeeping Advisor for a day!  Ensure that you give yourself time to do any prep work before the intensive, we suggest choosing a date no less than 7 -10 days in advance. You’ll need to be virtually “available” the day of the intensive for providing feedback as we work through your list of requests. You can book with a 50% deposit, or pay in full. Final balance is due before the date of your intensive.

Step 2:
Once you’ve booked your date, you’ll receive an important email that includes all of the pertinent pre-intensive info you will need, including access to your checklist, a link to schedule your pre-intensive call, and access to your surprise bonus. If you have any questions, simply reply to that email, and we will answer any questions that you may have.

Step 3:
On the morning of your intensive, your intensive will begin at 9am PST.  Stellar Consulting will begin the intensive virtually. However should we need to contact you or you have a need to contact us directly we will be able to communicate through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message and we will begin working on your list! Please make sure you are available via the designated messaging system between 9am and 4pm PST.

Step 4:
Once we have completed our day together, our support doesn’t end there. Stellar Consulting will be available to you for 15 days via email or Facebook messenger, so that you can reach out if you find yourself confused or unclear on anything related to the work that has been completed.  You’ll be able to request feedback, as well as video demos, as needed.
